Every piece is handmade with care. Please allow 3-7 business days for ready-to-order pieces and 5-10 business days for custom orders. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking by email. Shipping time is separate from processing time.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or there is an issue with your order.

Yes! We ship to the U.S., Canada, and select countries worldwide. Available shipping rates will appear at checkout. International delivery times vary, and customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country. 

Yes! Each cuff can be gently shaped for a comfortable fit. Avoid excessive or repeated bending to help protect the wire and keep your cuff looking beautiful. 

We recommend removing your cuff before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping. Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions, and oils to keep your jewelry looking its best. 

Armcuffs are available in XS-XL. Your usual clothing size is a great starting point. Each cuff is slightly adjustable, so there is some flexibility in the fit. If your upper arms run smaller or fuller, we recommend sizing accordingly. 

Previous designs are always welcome as inspiration! Because every cuff is handmade and materials can vary, exact replicas aren't guaranteed. Your piece will have the same overall inspiration while still being uniquely yours.
