Due to the handmade and custom nature of my items, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can assist you.

What if my cup arrives broken or damaged?

Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

Once reviewed, I will determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Is the stencil removable?

No. All stencil designs are permanently applied and are intended to remain on the cup. The stencil has been tested and fully cured to ensure durability and long-lasting wear.

Why is the stencil permanent?

Thin, detailed stencils require precision and time to apply. By permanently applying the stencil, I ensure:

• Clean, professional results
• Better durability
• Reduced risk of damage during removal
• A finished, polished design

Can the stencil lift or peel over time?

With proper care, the stencil should remain secure. However, as with all handmade items, normal wear and tear over time may occur.

How do I care for my rhinestone cup?

To keep your cup looking its best:

• Hand wash only
• Do not soak
• Avoid extreme heat
• Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave
• Handle gently

Rhinestones and stencils are applied by hand and should be treated with care.

Can rhinestones fall off?

Strong adhesive is used, but rhinestone cups are decorative handmade items. Occasional stone loss over time can occur with heavy use or improper care.

Are the cups food and drink safe?

Yes. All embellishments are applied to the exterior only. The interior rim and drinking surface remain untouched and safe for use.
