Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and rhinestone pieces, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us with clear photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and your order number within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. Yes! Our arm cuffs are designed to be gently adjustable to fit most upper arm sizes. They are made with flexible but durable wire so you can slightly shape them for a comfortable fit. We recommend adjusting gently to avoid over-bending.

While we recommend avoiding water, perfumes, oils, and lotions while wearing your jewelry to preserve it's shine and longevity, the wire we use is tarnish-free.

Our arm cuffs are available in sizes XS-XL. For most customers, your usual clothing size is a great starting point when selecting your arm cuff size. Each cuff is slightly adjustable and is designed to comfortably fit approximately one size up or one size down. For example, if you typically wear a medium, a medium arm cuff should fit well and can gently adjust to fit slightly smaller or slightly larger. If you feel your upper arm runs smaller or fuller than your typical clothing size we recommend sizing accordingly. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering and we'll gladly help guide you.

Yes! All pieces are packaged beautifully and ready for gifting.

Each piece is handmade using high-quality wire and carefully selected beads, rhinestones, pearls, and embellishments. Because these are handmade, slight variations make each piece unique.

Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations may occur. This makes each item uniquely yours!

Our glasses are designed for normal beverage use. Avoid extreme heat (boiling liquids) or placing in the microwave.

No. Our rhinestone wine glasses are hand wash only. To preserve the integrity of the adhesive and sparkle, gently wash with cool or lukewarm water and avoid soaking. Do not place in the dishwasher.

We do our best to photograph items accurately. Due to lighting and screen setting, slight color variations may occur.

All rhinestone items are carefully wrapped and cushioned to ensure safe delivery. We take extra care when packing fragile items like wine glasses.

Each rhinestone is individually placed and secured with professional adhesive. While they are made to last, these are handcrafted pieces and should be handled with care. Avoid dropping or excessive impact.
